Please note!

Some Antivirus software - such as Kaspersky -may report a virus or trojan within the software. This is a false alarm because of the type of files and should be ignored.
Do not try to remove them as this will corrupt the software which will then not work.
On some operating systems sometimes the Ford M series gets corrupted when downloaded.
If this happens please contact me and I'll send a fresh copy attached to an email
and find the serial unlock code for you. But first try the Multi-decoder software for Ford M.
If running VISTA or Windows 7 you may have to set compatibility mode to XP.

If you still cannot get the Ford M software to work send us the serial number and we'll find the unlock code for you.
